I am an artist, designer and editor based in Westerly, Rhode Island. My watercolor and ink paintings and prints are currently on display at Art in the Loft in Alpena, Michigan, and my work has also been featured at the Mystic Museum of Art Holiday Market and the Barley Head Art Series at Barley Head Brewery.

I have edited more than 100 books, ranging from adult fiction to young adult novels to political nonfiction. I’ve also worked as a copy editor and a writer for various newspapers and magazines and as a legal editor and project manager. I have a background in graphic design and web design.

Before starting my own business, I worked at Bank Square Books and Savoy Bookshop & Café as the event and marketing manager and at Time magazine as the deputy copy chief.

I grew up in Northern Michigan, spent eight years in New York City and now live 10 minutes from the beach in Rhode Island. I can most often be found on the beach searching for seaglass, covered in dirt in my garden, painting in my studio or buried in a good book.
